We’ve been sitting on this one for a while… and now we can finally say it properly:
Natty's Jerk is officially open in Brighton.
We launched last Friday at 70 Preston Road, BN1 4QG - and the love already? Unreal.
Why Brighton? 🏝️
Brighton has always felt like our kind of space. A city that lives and breathes culture, creativity, art, music, and real community spirit. It’s vibrant, expressive, and proud of its identity - and that’s exactly the energy we bring with our food.
For us, jerk isn’t just flavour (although the flavour is serious). It’s heritage. It’s storytelling. It’s bringing people together around something bold, joyful and full of life. Brighton understands that.
We’ve been working behind the scenes on this for a while, planning the space, fine-tuning the menu, building the team, making sure everything felt right. Watching it finally come to life last week was something special.
